Jones Skills and Business Education Center will receive a Certificate of Completion in the Heating/Air Conditioner Installer and Service Technician program.

Center for Employment Training Sacramento

The Center for Employment Training Sacramento offers several vocational and technical programs to individuals in the Sacramento area. The school's 20,000-square-feet training facility can hold at least 100 students a day, and allows the center to educate hundreds of individuals each year. The center offers an HVAC/Building Maintenance program averaging about 17 weeks, or 605 course hours. Individuals enrolled in this program will take courses in basic math, introduction to HVAC, basic electrical repairs, basic refrigeration, basic equipment and refrigeration recovery. After training, a CET industrial relations specialist works with each student one-on-one to build resume and interviewing skills to ease the transition into the workforce. The HVAC program at the Center for Employment Training Sacramento offers a program leading to a Certificate in HVAC/Building Maintenance.
