The 2-year hospitality management and culinary education program at this suburban college offers three Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) degrees, all of which entail additional general education requirements. The hotel and lodging management program prepares you for entry-level jobs in hotel management, such as that of department supervisor or manager trainee.
