You will explain why your business is the correct company to provide goods and/or services to another company that is in need of those goods and services. While proposals are not binding contracts, they are used to create the contracts if and when they are accepted.
When you are working as a proposal coordinator you are establishing the company's guidelines for completed proposals. The proposals are usually created with a timeframe, and many times you will be working with a team to complete the proposal before a deadline.
