The Doctor of Management in Global Leadership program at Colorado Technical University combines online instruction, mentored research projects, and residential sessions to help students develop management, organizational, and strategic thinking skills. Topics addressed in concentration courses include cultural diversity in global organizations, change management, leadership principles, and global strategies for corporate managers. Core classes focus on research techniques, management fundamentals, and business ethics. Students have the opportunity to complete a research project in a global organization in addition to developing publishable research projects through 12 mentored courses offered throughout the program.

Previous courses emphasizing management development, communication and organizational skills, and research methods can be helpful. Applicants to all of Colorado Technical University's programs must have a high school diploma or equivalent; some programs have additional requirements.
Colorado Technical University's Doctor of Management in Global Leadership program requires the completion of 96 credits.
