The Associate of Arts in Business Administration program is designed to provide you with knowledge of accounting, marketing, personnel administration, and general management practices. In addition, the curriculum is intended to teach you about such concepts as microeconomics, macroeconomics, business operations, promotional techniques, and pricing strategies. You will also have the chance to examine industry laws and regulations as well as ethical standards. This program is offered at select Strayer University campuses and online.
You may be decisive and possess great problem-solving skills. In addition, you may have been a class official, team captain, or group leader in your high school. Applicants to Strayer University's programs should have a high school diploma or equivalent; some programs may have additional requirements.
This program requires the completion of 90 credit hours, including 22.5 credits of core requirements, 36 credits in the major, 22.5 credits in general studies, and nine elective units. Students will choose elective courses with the assistance of an academic advisor.
