The Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Administration program at University of Phoenix focuses on the development of management and decision-making skills. Administration courses provide instruction in techniques and strategies for accounting, critical thinking and decision-making, finance, business law, management, marketing, organizational behavior, research and evaluation, and technology. The coursework focuses on operations management, project management, economics, accounting, finance, and strategic management.
