The curriculum of the Master of Business Administration program at University of Phoenix focuses on the development of organizational, leadership and decision making skills which can be applied to several areas of business. Core courses offer an overview of accounting, economics, human resources, operations, corporate finance, marketing and business law. Students also have the opportunity to study management concepts, analytical techniques, planning and implementation strategies, and research methods. You must complete 36 credits in the required course of study to earn the Master of Business Administration degree from University of Phoenix. Coursework in the Technology Management concentration of the Master of Business Administration program emphasizes the development of communication skills and management techniques used in business technology integration. After completing the Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Technology Management program, you could choose to continue your education in a doctorate program.
